At Elara Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as “final sale.”

    2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    3. We will send you a prepaid return label to attach to your package.
    4. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
